Our stakeholders in community economic development are comprised from our funding partners and local resources on county levels. Paris SBDC serves the following counties:
U.S. Small Business Administration SBA has at least one office in each U.S. state. In addition, the agency provides grants to support counseling partners, including approximately 900 Small Business Development Centers (often located at colleges and universities), 110 Women’s Business Centers, and SCORE, a volunteer mentor corps of retired and experienced business leaders with approximately 350 chapters.
Paris Junior College, located in Paris, TX, has been a part of the Lamar County community since 1924. PJC is a comprehensive community college serving the region’s educational and training needs while strengthening the economic, social and cultural life of the region. PJC also operates centers in Sulphur Springs, Texas, and in Greenville, Texas.
North Texas SBDC Acting as a hub for field SBDC offices, the NTSBDC conducts research, counsels and trains business people in managing, financing and operating small businesses, providing comprehensive information services and access to experts in a variety of fields.
